The execution of the Cooperation Agreement with Sumitomo Metal Mining and Mitsubishi Corporation 29 April 2024 represented a major milestone completing Ardea's Strategic Partner process for Goongarrie Hub, and enabling DFS early works to commence. The DFS will commence under the Joint Venture with Consortium before end of Q2 2024, with expected completion in the first half of 2025.
